There was a period nearly 20 years ago when times were tough. Airlines stopped flying, people stopped working, and the media spouted doom and gloom on cable TV for 24 hours a day. The National Forest Service sells logging rights to timber companies. It's reality, but I'm seeing it more and more in North Georgia and Northwestern South Carolina lately.
