Highlights:

East Roswell Park is a large recreational park located in Roswell, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. It’s known for offering a wide variety of amenities and activities for families and individuals alike. East Roswell Park offers scenic walking trails that are popular with joggers, walkers, and nature enthusiasts. The trails wind through wooded areas, providing a peaceful setting for outdoor exercise.  The park is a well-maintained and active hub for community activities, making it a great spot for both residents and visitors to enjoy the outdoors.

The East Roswell Park trail is a loop that follows the perimeter of the property and passes by the Recreation Area, the softball and soccer fields, tennis courts, and a small kid’s playground with pavilion. It is primarily in open areas with only a very short section that dips in to a wooden area just before the soccer fields.  Dogs must be on a leash in this park, but there is a dog park located only a few steps (and a short climb) off the Trail where dogs can run freely. Water is provided here (and at restroom facilities located near the soccer fields and playground.  There is also a frisbee golf area on the North side of the park, but the walking trail does not share paths with the course.
