Coconut Cove

The Chukka Ocean Outpost at Coconut Cove is a beachside resort nestled along the cliffside of Puerto Plata on the northern shore of Dominican Republic. It has a variety of nature and adventure activities, an ocean-air restaurant, themed bars, watersports and a private beach with amazing views to the north.

On this hike, I explored the cliffs and beach of Coconut Cove on a hike along the northern shore of the island. Don’t be surprised to see a person rip across the beach during your hike here. There is a zip line that runs directly overhead on the main part of the beach.
