Park Brooke Trail (aka Fish Derby Lake)

Brookside Office Park is a commercial real estate property comprising of two buildings in the City of Alpharetta, Georgia. It has a walking trail and a pond located on the west end of the parking area between GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway. The paved path follows the Park Brooke Trail around the lake and has some picnic tables on the route. During the weekday, it is used by business people looking for an office break and on the weekends is more heavily used by locals for walking and fishing. In the summer, the City of Alpharetta has held a Fish Derby’s at this lake for the youth in metro-Atlanta.
